AFE está exonerado del pago de contribución inmobiliaria.

Lo establece la carta orgánica de AFE: Ley 14.396.

LA LEY 14.396 en su artículo 17 – Disposiciones Generales, establece: «La Administración de Ferrocarriles del Estado QUEDA EXONERADA DEL PAGO DE TODO TRIBUTO Y CONTRIBUCIONES, con excepciones de las tarifas por servicios efectivamente prestados».

NO LE DICE LA VERDAD A LOS SALTEÑOS CUANDO EN ARTÍCULO PUBLICADO EN EL DIARIO DIGITAL DE SALTO «10MINUTOS», MENCIONA QUE SI AFE PAGA LO QUE LE DEBE A LA INTENDENCIA DE SALTO POR CONCEPTO DE CONTRIBUCIÓN INMOBILIARIA, LA COMUNA TENDRÍA SUPERÁVIT.

NO DICE LA VERDAD PORQUE AFE NO PAGA CONTRIBUCIÓN INMOBILIARIA.

EN NOTA PUBLICADA POR DIARIO «LA REPÚBLICA», en su página 8, del día 14 de setiembre de 2014, LA PRESIDENTA DE AFE: MARÍA DEL CÁRMEN MELO ES MUY CLARA CUANDO SEÑALA QUE AFE ESTÁ EXONERADA DEL PAGO DE CONTRIBUCIÓN INMOBILIARIA, POR DISPOSICIÓN DE LA LEY 14.396.

AFE NUNCA HA PAGADO CONTRIBUCIÓN INMOBILIARIA EN NINGUNO DE LOS 19 DEPARTAMENTOS DEL URUGUAY.

ENTIENDO QUE EL INTENDENTE NO ES ABOGADO, PERO DEBERÍAN ASESORARLO MEJOR.
